The Gemmological Association of New Zealand was established in 1979 to promote Gemmology, assist Gemmologists and assist with education in Gemmology in New Zealand.
We offer full Gemmological Diploma courses, through either Gem-A (Gemmological Association of Great Britain) or GAA (Gemmological Association of Australia)
We also arrange the GAA Diamond Grading Certificate course in Auckland each year.
We hold a bi-annual seminar with prominent international speakers.
Membership is open to anyone with an interest in gemmology. Our annual membership fee is $60.00. See downloads page for an application form.
